Service Options

The term CASH SERVICE refers to a service that can be paid fully out-of-pocket. Payment forms can include, but are not limited to, Credit or Debit Cards, Personal Check, US bills, etc. These services would not be billed to your insurance company. 

The term INSURANCE SERVICE refers to a service that can submitted to your insurance company (as long as we are In-Network). Depending on your individual plan, these service may be contributed to by insurance or require a copayment at time of service.
