Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been around for more than 3000 years. It utilizes sterile needles placed in specific points in the body, that are found on meridians (channels) in the body. The goal of acupuncture is to restore the body's natural balance. Acupuncture can be beneficial for neurological disorders, cardiovascular disorders, skin conditions, musculoskeletal imbalances, psychological conditions, and more!
Or
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique inwhich thin, sterile needles are inserted into trigger points—tight or knotted muscles—to relieve pain and improve movement. Dry needling is rooted in Western medicine and focuses on muscle anatomy and neurophysiology. It’s commonly used to treat muscle tension, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
