Service Description

This would include a new patient examination and treatment cost. The first visit will consist of a detailed health history, followed by a physical examination to include chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological and possible x-ray studies.  After reviewing all the information, the doctor will explain the findings to you, and recommend a treatment plan. In addition to chiropractic manipulation, recommendations for other therapies, at home care, exercises, stretches, or nutritional advice may be given.  All of these factors allow our providers to provide care for all ranges of patients looking for corrective care, preventative care, maintenance care, athletic performance guidance, prenatal care, family or pediatric care, postpartum care, and more. New patient intake forms are available under the "insurance" tab on our website. For patients planning to process their care through insurance, please bring a photo ID and a copy of your insurance cards to your visit. A scan will need to be taken of these to process your claims.
